Those of us impacted by chronic illness know all too well how to deal with social distancing. Netflix and chill has become a norm for many of us over the years. So what are your favorite things to do when you’re stuck at home? Here are a few of mine.
- Walk around the neighborhood (when I’m up for it, of course). Or even sit in the backyard. Fresh air is really good for us right now!
- Group texts with the family and my besties that I miss dearly during times of social distancing. FaceTime can be even better!
- Snuggle with the hubs and my baby girl since we’re in the same household
- Do anything to avoid watching the news. Kidding. But I am limiting my intake right now. The news is so negative and can really suck you in right now.
