Be the calm in COVID-19's Storm. People with auto immune diseases know all about social distancing. Share your tips for staying home.

Those of us impacted by chronic illness know all too well how to deal with social distancing. Netflix and chill has become a norm for many of us over the years. So what are your favorite things to do when you’re stuck at home? Here are a few of mine.

  1. Cook
  2. Read
  3. Write
  4. Walk around the neighborhood (when I’m up for it, of course). Or even sit in the backyard. Fresh air is really good for us right now!
  5. Group texts with the family and my besties that I miss dearly during times of social distancing. FaceTime can be even better!
  6. Snuggle with the hubs and my baby girl since we’re in the same household
  7. Do anything to avoid watching the news. Kidding. But I am limiting my intake right now. The news is so negative and can really suck you in right now.
